Ben Baker

Partner

Ben is a graduate of Valdosta State University and Ohio Northern University College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has practiced law in the Atlanta area since 1999. Throughout his career, Ben has facilitated thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions, developing extensive experience in transactional law. His practice areas include Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Land Acquisition and Development, Construction Lending, Business Formation and Representation, Hospitality and Restaurant Transactions, and Estate Planning. Ben is committed to providing practical, results-oriented legal guidance and building lasting relationships with his clients. Outside of the office, he enjoys working outdoors on his farm and spending time with his wife and son.

Morgan Summy

Partner

Morgan is an Atlanta native and graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned degrees in Public Relations and Communication Studies, graduating cum laude. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, also graduating cum laude. Morgan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is committed to providing thoughtful, practical solutions to complex legal matters. Her primary practice areas include Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning, and Business Formation and Representation. Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, and exploring all that Atlanta has to offer.

Isabella Webber

Attorney

Isabella is an Atlanta native and graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs and Modern Languages. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law. Isabella is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal matters with clarity, confidence, and practical guidance. Her practice areas focus on Estate Planning, Probate, and Residential Real Estate Transactions. Outside of the office, Isabella enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring all that Atlanta has to offer, and vacationing on Cape Cod.
