Ben Baker
Partner
Ben is a graduate of Valdosta State University and Ohio Northern University College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has practiced law in the Atlanta area since 1999. Throughout his legal career, Ben has facilitated thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions. His experience also includes land acquisition and development, construction lending, incorporations, hospitality and restaurant transactions, and estate planning. Ben has extraordinary knowledge in all areas of transactional law and is committed to maintaining long-term relationships with his clients. In his spare time, Ben enjoys working outdoors at his farm and spending time with his wife and son.
Morgan Summy
Partner
Morgan is an Atlanta native and a graduate of The University of Georgia with degrees in Public Relations and Communication Studies. She earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, where she graduated Cum Laude. Morgan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has a passion for finding unique solutions to complex problems. Her primary practice areas include residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate planning, and business formation and representation. Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, and exploring all that Atlanta has to offer.
Jake Shumard
Attorney
Jake is an Atlanta native and a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University, where he graduated Cum Laude. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and focuses on estate planning and residential & commercial real estate transactions, among other areas of transactional law. In law school, Jake was fortunate to work under great mentors in government and in the judiciary. He worked for the Supreme Court of Alabama, the United States Bankruptcy Court for Middle Alabama, Fulton County Superior Court, and the Governor’s office as Governor Brian Kemp’s first legal intern. Outside of work, Jake enjoys walking, spending time with his wife, a nurse at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, volunteering at the Gwinnett Probate Clinic, serving as a Board Member of Health Talents International, and attending Perimeter Church.
